This is an additional package to the original Hochstrom high flow filtration unit. It comes with one plate, one ring and one tall tube cut for dual plate arrangement (The cut is double sized to allow two plates). Adding another plate will refine your product even more and save you that extra run, thus cutting your time in half. The original Hochstrom Filter ™ comes with single plate arrangement. Hochstrom threaded base, nipple and viton O-rings not included. The Hochstrom High Flow Filter is the fastest unit on the market. The Short Path Distillation Head Bertha 100, since development in 2018, has become one of the leading standards in distillation head types in the industry. 2023 has brought the Bertha 100 to its final perfect form with 6 generations of evolution. This head comes equipped with 45/50 thermoport, 34/45 discharge port and a 100mm bore that secures to a boiling flask with o-ring and clamp. The Short Path Distillation Head Bertha 100 (previously SPD-4 MPD Big Bertha) is an extremely high vapor fractionation column head. The first section starts in the flask to retain as much heat in the column as possible. This entire column and entry into flask is isolated from the outside air and the flange fittings. The first chamber is a rough fractionation chamber with a lower rejection section that prevents any condensate from moving upwards. The center section is a secondary refinement section and will further refine the vapors. The upper third section is our patented fraction collector. The first dual stage fractionation column to ever be invented or used in distillation glassware, pilot or small scale. The Short Path Distillation Head FC71 includes a 71/60 main bore with a 34/45 discharge and 34/45 thermoport. The 71 mm can handle bigger systems and a lot of product. A very versatile head that we can cater towards your needs. Comes with 34 key, 34 stopper well and GL14s. HB series heads are inspired by our patented fraction collector technology paired with a larger flanged bore. Short Path Distillation Head HB1 100 comes equipped with 34/45 discharge port and a 100mm bore that secures to a boiling flask with o-ring and clamp. The Short Path Distillation Head HB1 100, or previously SPD-4 MPD (modified path distillation), was created for one of our testers Breaking Dabs aka Heisenberg. With his unique skills he has helped us tune the HB series heads to evolve and provide solutions for our users. HB1 is designed to be ultra selective to evacuate all previous fractions before the main body without letting the main body through. With some temp, main body can come out extremely fast and this head can be used as a first pass head. It is very effective in removing heads fractions while retaining main body components. Vigs are not needed for this technology due to the industry first "no-vig" approach which utilizes a baffled section that extends down below the head base and into the boiling flask. Please contact us for a completely tuned system with this hardware! Requirement to use these heads would be a sogevac + dual e2m30 -OR- sogevac + e80 -OR- sogevac + e80 + diffusion array. This particular setup benefits from a custom diffusion array and an Apollo Vacuum Controller with the inert gas sweeping feature.
