The Edwards Speedivalve (sp25k) is a diaphragm sealed in-line, isolation valve. The construction consists essentially of a flexible elastomeric diaphragm which is sealed onto a lightly polished seat by a screw thread mechanism. The valve terminates in NW flanges and can be pipeline supported or panel mounted. Fits on all your KF25 flanges. The Short Path Distillation Head FC34 (spd-2 fc34) has been upgraded with our new fraction collector technology. This head runs specifically for smaller setups (2L & 5L). This is an additional package to the original Hochstrom high flow filtration unit. It comes with one plate, one ring and one tall tube cut for dual plate arrangement (The cut is double sized to allow two plates). Adding another plate will refine your product even more and save you that extra run, thus cutting your time in half. The original Hochstrom Filter ™ comes with single plate arrangement. Hochstrom threaded base, nipple and viton O-rings not included. The Hochstrom High Flow Filter is the fastest unit on the market. It’s unique design allows it to operate under half vacuum pressure for full flow. Our peers & customers have reported the high flow surface area to be equivalent to a 18-24″ table-top unit. These units have a huge basin, but small holes, really preventing it from being efficient for it’s size. A table top or small buchner filtration unit will have flow issues due to the solution warming up & redissolving past the filtration medium.
