The SVG-3 is a 3-zone digital identifier with all boards built in and calibrated. Supplied with two accurate and robust 536 sensors that can either read at the distribution adapter/distillation and/or read the vacuum rate the pump is pulling. These sensors are equipped with KF25 flanges and read each location that are within (A) x10-4, to deliver accurate readings up to the range of 3-4 scale vacuum. The third circuit is calibrated and ready for an optional UHVP sensor which connects via ethernet port. Female analog port that can control capable Edwards remote powered vacuum valves.
So exactly what is this setup?
An encompassing 3 zone controller, designed at its full potential to read accurate readings from the:
- Distillation area of interest either at the cold trap, or at the reaction area.
- Initial vacuum pump readings that will allow the user to see the ultimate vacuum at the pump vs the vacuum at the first location.
- Optional UHVP sensor can be added using the third sensor that reads vacuum at the ultra high vacuum side (via ethernet port).
