This listing is for a rare SVG-3 775i wet vapor sensor. Highly responsive in semi-corrosive and environmentally wet conditions. This valve/sensor configuration doesn’t soak and stop working. It is meant to work in wet environments. Comes with Electrical valve for KF25 function designed for rotary evaporators, falling films or anything similar. This is an in-line unit with a wet sensor designed to run wet or dry vacuum vapor with high-speed function/response to the vacuum environment. Normal vacuum controllers have a small hole on a valve that opens and closes which is the fail point for fluids clogging and/or sticky solids clogging the control factor in typical vacuum sensor/controllers. This is a KF25 full bore valve that opens and closes to control the CFM flow rate, which according to the actual valve opening and closing this determines the vacuum rate/range. Setting the interface gauge will control the KF valve with a hysteresis based vacuum control, except there is no clogging or fluids piling up on the control factor valve. This performance difference also prevents fluids from pilling/condensing on the sensor itself by always controlling and allowing high CFM movement through the system. KF25 flanges are 90degree and install with included clamps and O-rings. DigiVac sensor has 3/8 inch NPT.
