Chromatography Column 3x24 (inches) with coarse/fine mixed frit. Heavy wall thickness of 3mm. Comes with Rodaviss connection and 45/50 Chroma Cap (GL14 feed/vacuum port). The drain has a PTFE stopcock to GL18. All GLs are included. Chroma Cap has elongated recessed port with diffuser. This directs fluid spray against walls to gently fill the column and protect media from movement. All of our chromatography columns now have option to add an Ultra Sensitive Fraction Finder! To comply with warranty, Summit requires this chromatography column to be supported by a chain clamp and a top mounted cork clamp. Summit recommends applying a thin rubber strip (the length of the chains contact) under the chain clamp (not shown) to maximize grip. The Valved Coil-less Laminar 29 allows you to isolate your joint with a PTFE threaded valve. Enables you to swap out your receiving flask without loosing vacuum. With this option, simply lower the valve and unscrew the GL cap to release the vacuum to change your flask. Comes complete with 24/40 Stopper, all necessary keck clips, GL14 cap and choice of #24/40 KF25 adapter. The Filter Bottle 20 Liter is genuine thick Schott glass media. We spared no cost to have our shop mount the bottle on a lathe and remove the bung section, replacing it with a Rodaviss female end. These flawless HEAVY DUTY glass filtration bottles are one of kind and come with Rodaviss wet-seal parts, Filter Bottle Top and High Temp PTFE GL14 connections.
