A first phase head that removes the bulk of the energy prior, to a more efficient condenser, like a graham unit. This prevents spitting of a second condenser and allows the turbulence to convert to a steady stream into second condenser. GL14 adapters (2) and keck clip included. Short Path Distillation Head FC55 Tall models include 55/50 main bore with a 34/45 discharge and thermoport. This is the tallest of our FC55 models for more selectivity and reduced speeds. It has multiple rows of vigreux adding more rejection. When Summit Research initially released the first fraction collector technology we knew it would be a hit. The Valved Laminar Path 34 allows you to isolate your joint with a PTFE threaded valve. Enables you to swap out your receiving flask without loosing vacuum. With this option, simply lower the valve and unscrew the GL cap to release the vacuum to change your flask. Comes complete with 24/40 Stopper, all necessary keck clips, (3) GL14s (1 cap) and choice of #24/40 KF25 adapter.
