Reflux condensers are used in “conversion” processes to cool the vapor molecules emitted from heated oils to change their gaseous state back into liquid by means of a chilled triple coil. This unit is recommended for 22L and larger boiling flasks. How it works: The condenser is attached to the boiling flask joint and is secured in a vertical position. Chiller fluid is circulated through the coil to cause the vapors to condense as they rise up through the condenser coils thus preventing them from escaping. This gives you the option to reflux different fluids in your boiling flask for extended periods of time before you run the SPD, this is a must have in the lab for conversions. Flask entry port is 55/50 with 24/40 exit port. High Temp GLs included. 24/40 to GL14 Adapter OR 24/40 to GL18 Adapter included. The Separatory Funnel 6 Liter comes with a Sep Funnel Cap 45 that has improved recessed port for increased velocity when self mixing. The application, with vacuum, will launch the washing solution into the loaded solution and properly mix them without ever having to remove the funnel from the stand. The PTFE flow control valve (stopcock) is equipped with GL18 for adequate flow and accurate shutoff. Threaded 45/50 port out the top for Rodaviss. The Diamond Miner is a direct replacement to the mason jar or the steel and glass pressure chambers on the market. Completely jacketed so you can use a chiller such as the AD40-7L to control the temperature inside the chamber and set different ramp points to optimize diamond growth. Rated up to 30PSI so it can be used with many different solvents. This vessel is chemical resistant on all valves and seals. Included with (4) GL14 , (2) valve plungers, 100mm flange clamp and o-ring.
