Summit Research Return Policy
1. All returned items must clearly have the Order / Invoice number clearly displayed on packaging.
2. Indicate a detailed description of the issues in the return specification fields below.
3. Pictures of outer packaging, inner packaging and damaged items as received by the customer.
4. Any damage to below listed items other than indicated, caused during the return shipment, will not be covered under limited warranty.
5. Please complete all information below and submit it. Then print the confirmation email you receive and include it with your return along with a copy of your original invoice to:
